Se o nome 'Séries Napolitanas' não vos diz nada, então 'A Amiga Genial' tenho a certeza que já vos diz alguma coisa. Aliás, já aqui partilhei a minha review do primeiro e do segundo livro (que podem ler AQUI e AQUI), mas as Novelas Napolitanas são os quatro livros escritos por Elena Ferrante que estão a dar imenso que falar. Já li os quatro e, tal como já falei nesses posts, adorei. E, em vez de continuar a falar sobre cada livro individualmente, decidi escrever um post com cinco razões para lerem este livros. Escusado será dizer que recomendo isso, gostei mesmo muito destes livros.


If the name 'Neaplotina Novels' doesn't spark anything in you, then 'My Brillant Friend' probably does. Actually, I shared my review on the first and second books around here (you can read them HERE and HERE), but the Neapolitan Novels are the four books written by Elena Ferrante that everyone is talking about. I already read the four of them and instead of speaking about each book, I decided to write a post with five reasons to read these books. Of course, I highly recommend it if you do, I loved them so much.


Every Book Gets Better

Se gostaram do primeiro livro, vão gostar ainda mais do segundo. Se gostaram imenso do segundo livro, vão gostar ainda mais do terceiro. E assim sucessivamente. Cada livro vai-se tornado cada vez melhor, mesmo sem perceberem muito bem como.


If you think you love the first book, then you're going to love the second one even more. If you think you loved the second book, you're going to love the third one even more. And so on. They just keep getting better and better.





Makes You Dream About Italy

Apesar de no primeiro livro a história se focar bastante em Nápoles, nos seguintes livros as personagens (ou melhor, uma das personagens) acaba por viajar por várias cidades italianas e são livros que nos fazem sonhar com as paisagens idílicas de Itália. Uma ilha que é mencionada muitas vezes, a Ischia, é uma ilha que já visitei há alguns anos, onde passei umas férias de Verão incríveis e a vontade de voltar é imensa.


Even though the first book is mainly set in Napoles, in the next books some of the characters (or just one character) end up travelling around several Italian cities and these books really make you dream about Italy. Ischia, an island that is mentioned a lot throughout the books, is a place I already went to a few years ago where I spend the best Summer holidays, and I'm just dying to go back after reading these books.


Female Friendship As Its Core

As mulheres mandam neste livro. Há romance e, claro que há homens, mas a amizade entre as duas personagens principais é o verdadeiro tópico deste livro e é algo que eu gostei imenso. As mulheres são o grande foco. O casamento, a maternidade, e como tudo isto afeta as mulheres, é algo que não se vê (ou lê) assim tantas vezes.


Women rule in this book. There is romance, there are men, but the friendship between the two main characters is the main subject, and that's something amazing about this book. It's all about women, about marriage, about motherhood, and how all of these affect women, it's not something you see that often.


The Characters Are Unforgettable

As personagens são tão fortes e tão reais que quase que parece que as conheces. E como as segues desde o início (cada livro representa um tempo das suas vidas, desde a infância à velhice), as personagens ficam mesmo connosco. Eu que tenho muito má memória, ainda me lembro dos nomes de todas as personagens.


The characters are so strong and so real, that almost feels like you know them. And since you follow them from the start (each book represents a time in their life, from childhood to old age) they really stuck with you. I, who have a very bad memory, still remember the name of each character.


They Are Impossible To Get Down

Por vezes, quando estou a ler uma saga, costumo fazer uma pausa entre livros e ler algo um pouco diferente. No entanto, isto é algo impossível de fazer com estes livros. A história agarra-nos tanto que só queremos ler e ler e, assim que terminamos um livro, queremos ler o seguinte o mais rapidamente possível.


Sometimes, when I decide to read a saga, I usually do a break between books and read something else but these books are impossible to put down. They are totally a page-turner and once you finish a book, you just want to start the next one right away.

Toda a minha vida me considerei uma introvertida e, se olharmos para um introvertido como alguém que recarrega baterias estando sozinho e no seu próprio espaço, sem dúvida que sou introvertida. Mas há certos aspetos deste tipo de personalidade em que não me revejo, pelos menos, já não e um dias deste vi um TikTok da Sophie Molen que me ajudou a perceber muita coisa. Nesse mesmo vídeo, ela escreveu: "Sabes que és ambivertido quando queres passar tempo em casa todos os dias, mas ao mesmo tempo anseias por aventuras com os teus amigos todos os dias". E, foi neste dia, que descobri que sou ambivertida. Não me podia relacionar mais com as palavras dela. Adoro estar em casa, mas também me canso se passo muito tempo em casa. Adoro viajar e estar com os meus amigos, mas também preciso de tempo só para mim. Não sou nem uma coisa, nem outra. E sabem que mais? Nem preciso de ser. A sociedade é que adora criar estas diferentes caixas e, claro que ser ambivertido é mais uma dessas caixas, mas, pelo menos, é uma que fica mais no meio. Uma mais difícil de definir, mas que faz todo o sentido para mim. Acho que tenho de reescrever este post que escrivi há uns tempos e fazer um sobre "quando uma ambivertida se torna blogger", o que faz muito mais sentido agora.

All my life I considered myself an introvert, and if we look at an introvert as someone who recharges by being on their own in their own environment, then I'm totally an introvert. But there are certain aspects of an introvert that I don't really see myself in, at least not anymore, and one of these days I saw a TikTok by Sophia Molen that totally spoke to my soul. In that video, she wrote: "you know you're an ambivert when you want to spend time every day at home, but at the very same time, crave adventures with friends every single day". And that's when I discovered what an ambivert is. I couldn't relate more to those words she wrote. I love being at home, but I also get tired if I spend too much time at home. I love travelling and going on adventures with my friends, but I also like to spend time by myself. I'm not either this or that. And you know what? I don't have to. Society loves to create and put us into these different boxes, and, of course, being an ambivert is just another one of those boxes, but at least is one in the middle. Harder to define but it makes total sense to me. I guess I have to rewrite this blog post I wrote a while ago and write a new one about "when an ambivert becomes a blogger", which makes so much more sense now.

Além de convidarem outros atores da saga, também contam imensos detalhes do behind the scenes e curiosidades sobre os filmes, estou a gostar mesmo muito.


This is the podcast that is making me watch The Twilight Saga all over again. It's hosted by two friends and one of them is Ashley Greene, the actress who played Alice. They invite other actors from the movies, but they also tell a lot of details from the behind the scenes and curiosities about the movies, I'm loving it so much.




Já há imenso tempo que queria ler este livro. Como sabem, sou uma grande fã de Saramago e sempre li boas reviews sobre este livro. O livro em questão é 'As Intermitências da Morte' e realmente percebo a razão por ter tão boas críticas, é mesmo muito bom. É daqueles livros que só uma mente como a do Saramago conseguiria criar. "No dia seguinte ninguém morreu". É com esta frase que começa o livro e é o mote para todo o romance. Esta frase, no fundo, revela tudo. O romance começa no dia 1 de Janeiro, dia em que ninguém morreu em Portugal. Este estranho fenómeno prolonga-se durante várias dias criando vários enredos, várias complicações e várias consequências. Estão a perceber porque disse que só o Saramago para escrever este livro, não estão? É um livro, obviamente, sobre a morte, mas também sobre a vida. É sobre a humanidade e todas as suas fragilidades. Tem também, como o escritor já nos habitou, uma forte crítica à religião, mas para quem já leu Saramago, já está habituado. É, sem dúvida, dos livros mais interessantes que li. Como li algures, este livro é tão único e especial que precisa de um novo género de literatura só para si.


I've been wanting to read this book for the longest time. As you know, I'm a huge fan o Saramago and I always read good things about this book. The book I'm talking about is 'Death at Intervals' and I can totally understand why it has so many good reviews, it's really good. It's one of those books that only a mind like Saramago's could think of. "The following day, no one died". That's how the book starts and it's the motto for the whole novel. Actually, this quote says it all. The novel starts on the first day of a new year, a day when no one died in Portugal. This strange phenomenon keeps happening and creates different stories, very complications and very hard consequences. You're starting to realize why I said only Saramago could write this book, right? It's, obviously, about death, but also about life. It's about humanity and all our fragilities. It's one of the most interesting books I have ever read. Like a read somewhere, this book is so unique that it needs a whole new genre for itself.

Não sei se tenho pessoas da Gen Z a ler desse lado (eu sei, eu sei, claro que não, estão todos no TikTok e ler blogs é tão 2010), mas se por alguma razão houver um de vocês desse lado, eu adoro-vos. Eu faço parte da geração considerada os Millennials e, ao contrário de muitas pessoas que pensam que a sua geração é que é a melhor, eu sou da opinião que a Geração Z é das melhores gerações que se está a formar. Claro que adoro a minha geração e ter a possibilidade de viver num mundo ainda sem redes sociais foi excelente, mas a Geração Z é muito cool e não podia ser mais diferente da minha. Por vezes, encontro-me na rua a olhar para alguns adolescentes e admiro imenso a forma como não têm medo de expressar o seu estilo. No meu tempo, nós queríamos ser todos iguais uns aos outros. Usávamos as mesmas malas (quem não teve uma mala da Gola?), os mesmos acessórios, basicamente as mesmas roupas. Ainda me lembro de um dia levar umas calças com padrão camuflado para a escola e ser gozada por as estar a usar. A Gen Z não faria isto, porque a Gen Z percebe. Uma das suas principais características é a diversidade e eu amo-os por isso. Muitas vezes olhámos para as pessoas mais novas com condescendência e quase que apenas olhámos para as gerações mais velhas como forma de inspiração, mas nós temos tanto a aprender com as pessoas mais novas. Gen Z, vocês são G.O.A.T (sim, estive a aprender algum slang e nem sei se o utilizei da forma certa, mas deem uma oportunidade a esta Millennial, pelo menos tentei).


I don't know if I have any Gen Z's on that side (who am I kidding? They are all on TikTok and reading blogs is so 2010) but if by any chance there's one of you over here, I love you. I'm what people consider a Millennial and, against most people who always believe that their generation is the best, I think Gen Z is one of the best generations ever. Of course, I think we were a great generation and had the possibility to still grow with no social media (thank God) but Generation Z is so cool and so different from mine. I look at some kids on the street and I really admire how they're not afraid to express their style. During my time, we all looked the same. We wore the same bags (who didn't have a Gola bag), the same accessories, basically the same clothes. We wanted to fit in. I still remember one day wearing a pair of camouflage-printed trousers and kids making fun of me. I bet Gen Z wouldn't do that because Gen Z gets it. I even read that diversity is something that defines the generation. "Diversity is the norm". I mean, how cool is that? We often just look at older people to get inspiration from and often look at young people as just kids, but we have so much to learn from the younger generation. Gen Z, you are the G.O.A.T (yes, your girl learn some slang and I don't even know if I used it correctly but cut this Millennial some slack please).

Hoje trago o post que tanto esperavam. Não é novidade nenhuma que como influencers podemos ficar hospedadas em hotéis de borla, mas também é preciso saber como o fazer. Recebi várias perguntas sobre este assunto e decidi criar este post para vos ajudar. Sem dúvida que é uma das grandes vantagens de ser influencer, mas também vem com algum trabalho. Podem ler todas as minhas dicas em baixo. Espero que vos ajude.


Today I have for you the post everyone was waiting for (jk obviously). Everyone knows that as influencers we can stay at some hotels for free, but you have to know how to do it. I got a few questions about this subject and I decided to create this post to help you out. It's one of the advantages of being an influencer, but it also comes with some work. Just read all my tips down below. I hope you find it helpful.


1. Check If They Have Worked With Influencers Before

Faz a tua pesquisa e vê se o hotel já trabalhou com influencers no passado, porque se o fez já é uma grande vantagem pois já sabem como funcionam este tipo de colaborações e serão muito mais diretos na resposta. Também aconselho a pesquisar por hotéis que tenham aberto há pouco tempo. Quanto mais recente, mais publicidade necessita (o que é sempre uma grande vantagem).


Do you research and check if the hotel has worked with influencers in the past because if it has, it's already an advantage since they already know how this kind of collaborations work and they are going to be straight to the point in what they have to offer. I also advise you to look for new hotels. If it opened not a long time ago, it means it needs more publicity.


2. Show Them What You Have To Offer

Quando enviares o teu email, não tenhas vergonha. Mostra todas as tuas qualidades e aquilo que podes oferecer. Mostra o tipo de conteúdo que podes criar e mostra logo a tua ideia. Vais partilhar a estadia nas Instagram Stories? Vais fazer um vídeo sobre o hotel? Vais escrever um post sobre o mesmo? Sê claro e partilha logo a tua idea. E, claro, não te esqueças de deixar os links para o teu website e para as tuas redes sociais.


When sending your email, don't be shy. Share all your qualities and what you can offer. Show them the kind of content you can create and share already an idea. Are you going to share your stay on Instagram Stories? Are you going to do a video? Are you writing a blog post about it? Be clear and share your idea. And don't forget to leave the links to your website and social media.


3. Follow The Hotel On Social Media

É importante mostrares que te importas e que realmente conheces o hotel que queres partilhar com a tua audiência, por isso é importante que sigas o hotel nas redes sociais.


It's important to show that you care and that you really know the hotel you want to share with your audience, so make sure you are following the hotel on social media.

 




4. Show Your Previous Work

Se já não é a primeira vez que fazes este tipo de colaboração ou se já fizeste fotografias num hotel, mostra todo esse teu trabalho. Partilha os links, partilha as fotografias, mostra aquilo que és capaz de criar e o quão bom é o teu conteúdo.


If it's not the first time you are doing these kinds of collaborations or you have taken photos in a hotel, share all of them. Share the links, share the photos, show them what you can create and how good is the content you create.


5. Check The Hotel Website

Muitos hotéis (especialmente se forem fora de Portugal), já estão habituados a este tipo de colaborações e nem precisas de enviar email. Alguns hotéis já têm formulários para influencers em que basta preencher com toda a informação que o hotel necessita, por isso verifica sempre o website do hotel.


A lot of hotels are already familiar with these kinds of collaborations and there's no need to send an email. Some hotels already have a file for complimentary stays that you can fill with all the info so always check the hotel website first.



Que eu compro muito menos roupa e deixei de frequentar lojas de fast-fashion, já vocês estão fartos de saber. Aliás, foi um percurso que, se já me seguem há algum tempo, vocês mesmo acompanharam. No entanto, algo que ainda não partilhei com vocês, é que sempre que vou de viagem gosto de tirar um dia para passear pelas lojas e fazer algumas compras, mas, obviamente, também neste aspeto mudei muito. Continuo a adorar ir às lojas. Na maior parte dos países, há lojas que não temos cá em Portugal e é algo que gosto genuinamente de fazer. Ver as coleções, sentir os tecidos, ver os diferentes stylings, é algo que realmente me inspira. No entanto, há uns anos, trazia sacos e sacos de roupa comigo. Não importava se as peças não eram o meu estilo. Como a Ariana Grande diz "I see it, I like it, I want it, I got it". Se gostava, trazia, era esta a minha mentalidade na altura, mesmo que as peças não fossem o meu estilo. Acho que também isto faz parte de descobrir o nosso estilo, but you live and you grow. Hoje em dia, além de passar muito menos tempo nas lojas, também raramente trago alguma coisa. Se vi peças que gostei? Claro que sim! Mas agora já sei identificar se são o meu estilo, ou não. Se vão encaixar com o resto do meu guarda-roupa, ou não. Se vou usar imenso ou se vão ficar esquecidas numa gaveta. Desta viagem a Copenhaga, trouxe apenas estas calças que eram que algo que estava em falta no meu armário e estes óculos-de-sol. Básicos que sei que vou usar imenso. Por isso, apesar de dar todo o crédito à Ariana Grande e à sua música, acho que todos devíamos ser mais: "I see it, I put it down, I think about it, (and if I think I will wear it a bunch and goes with my style) I got it". Sem dúvida que gosto mais desta música.


You are all aware that I buy less and less clothes and barely go to fast-fashion stores anymore. Actually, if you have been following me for a while, you follow that journey. However, something that I've never shared with you is that every time I go on a trip, I like to take a day to go to some stores and shop, but, obviously, that also changed. I still go to the stores. In most countries, you can find stores that we don't have here in Portugal, and I genuinely love going to those stores. To see the collections, to touch the fabrics, to see the different stylings, it's something that I found very inspiring. However, a few years back, I would bring bags full of clothes with me. Just like Ariana Grande said, "I see it, I like it, I want it, I got it". That was my mentality back then. Even if those pieces weren't really my style. That's also part of the journey of finding your style, but you live and you grow. Nowadays, I don't spend much time in those stores, and I don't buy clothes like a crazy person. If I saw pieces I liked? Obviously! But now I can identify what's my style or not. I can understand if a piece of clothing is going to go well with the rest of my wardrobe or if I'm going to wear it once and never wear it again. On this last trip to Copenhagen, I brought these trousers I'm wearing and this pair of sunglasses. Basics that I know I will wear a lot. So even though I give all credit to Ariana Grande and to that amazing song, we should be a bit more like "I see it, I put it down, I think about it, (and if I think I will wear it a bunch and goes with my style) I got it". I prefer this kind of song.

Mais uma vez, esta última semana estive um pouco mais ausente, mas por um excelente motivo. Estive uns dias por Copenhaga e foi fantástico. Foi a primeira vez que estive nesta cidade e que saudades eu tinha de explorar uma cidade nova e perder-me nas suas ruas. Copenhaga tem uma vibe fantástica e fica então aqui o meu travel guide. Algumas coisas turísticas, outras menos, mas todas elas vos fazem sentir a verdadeira energia da cidade. Espero que vos seja útil.

Once again, I know this week I was a bit off from the blog but it was for a great reason. I was in Copenhagen for a few days, and it was amazing. It was my first time in the city and I really missed visiting and exploring a city for the first time. Copenhagen has an amazing vibe, and so here is my travel guide. Some are touristy things, some are not, but all of them make you feel the real energy of the city. I hope you find it helpful.

What to do



  • Visit the museums: Copenhaga tem museus fantásticos, eu recomendo a Glytoteca (grátis ás terças-feiras), o Thorvaldsens (grátis às quartas) e o Louisiana Museum of Modern Art (já mais longe de Copenhaga mas vale mesmo muito a pena / Copenhagen has amazing museums, I recommend going to The Glytotek (free on Tuesdays), the Thorvaldsens (free on Wednesdays) and the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art (a bit far from Copenhagen but so worth it)
  • Go to Nyhavn: uma das vistas mais icónicas da cidade e, se estiver um dia quente, peguem numa bebida e sentem-se ao pé do canal/ one of the city's most iconic sights and if it's hot grab a drink and seat by the canal
  • Stroll around the King's Gardens: para mim, os jardins mais bonitos e, se tiverem tempo, levem um livro e fiquem a apreciar a natureza / to me, the most beautiful gardens, if you have the time take a book with you and just seat enjoying the nature
  • Get a ticket to visit the Palm House at the Botanical gardens: no Jardim Botânico podem encontrar a Palm House e ao adquirirem o bilhete para a visitar, podem também visitar o Museu de História Natural e o Museu Zoologisk (válido durante 48horas) / at the Botanical Gardens you can get a ticket to visit the Palm House and with that ticket you can also visit the Natural History Museum and the Zoological Museum (valid for 48hours)
  • Go to Nørrebro: foi intitulado um dos bairros mais cool de sempre e consigo totalmente perceber porquê, explorem o bairro e sintam a sua energia/ it was named one of the coolest neighbourhoods in the world and I totally understand why, just stroll around and feel the vibe of the neighbourhood
  • Tivoli: infelizmente, estava fechado nesta altura do ano em que fui, mas é sempre uma must-stop / unfortunately, it was closed during this time of the year, but it's always a most-stop
  • Rent a bike: os Dinamarqueses andam imenso de bibicleta e é um excelente plano alugar uma e explorar as ruas de Copenhaga / Danish people are always on bikes so renting a bike and exploring the city is an amazing plan
Where to eat




  • Depanneur: os melhores bagels na cidade / os melhores bagels na cidade
  • Gasoline Grill: hambúrgueres deliciosos com um conceito bastante engraçado, comem no meio de uma gasolineira / delicious burgers with a very funny concept, you eat in the middle of a gas station
  • Atelier September: uma café vegetariano com uma decoração linda / a vegetarian café with the prettiest decor ever
  • Darcy's Kaffe: Copenhaga tem imensos cafés super fofos, este é apenas um deles, sigam-me no Instagram que vou partilhando por lá mais alguns / Copenhagen has the cutest cafés, this is just one of them, but keep an eye on my Instagram that I'll be sharing a few more
  • Buka and Holm: em Copenhagan há imensas pastelarias, estas duas foram as únicas onde fui, tenham em atenção que fecham bastante cedo / Copenhagen has loads of bakeries, these two were the only ones I went to, keep in mind that they close early
  • Bæst: quando passarem por Nørrebro, têm de comer nesta pizzaria, um conceito onde tudo é para partilhar, super que recomendo / when in Nørrebro you have to eat at this pizarria, the concept is that everything is to share, highly recommed it
  • Torvehallerne market: um mercado onde têm várias opçōes para a vossa refeição / a street market with lots of options for your meal
Where to Shop



  • Hay: uma marca de interiores e decoração Dinarmaquesa com peças lindíssimas, a loja é também muito bonita / a Danish interior and decor store with the prettiest items, the store is also very beautiful
  • Strøget: uma área sem carros onde podem encontrar algumas das marcas mais conhecidas / a car-free area where you can find some of the high-fashion stores
  • Politikens Boghal and Cinnober: duas livrarias que têm de visitar se gostam de livros, a primeira com livros de ficção e clássicos em inglês e a segunda com livros de design e arte / two book stores you have to visit if you like books, the first one with fictional and classic books in English as well, and the latter for some design and art books
  • Magasin du Nord: uma loja de departamento onde podem encontrar o melhor do estilo Escandinavo / a department store where you can find the best of the Scandanavian style
  • Some vintage stores: Crush (em Nørrebro), Episode, Magnólias & Wasteland

Durante este dias em Copenhaga, estive hospedada no NH Collection Hotel e não podia recomendar mais este hotel. Super central (fizemos tudo a pé), o staff é super simpático, os quartos muito confortáveis e o pequeno-almoço de morrer. Ainda vou fazer um post sobre o hotel, pois foi uma press stay, mas deixo já aqui a minha recomendação.

During these days in Copenhagen, I stayed at NH Collection Hotel and I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. An amazing location, super friendly staff, a very comfortable room, and the breakfast was to die for. I'm still going to do a post about the hotel since it was a press stay, but I really recommend it.

 


Assim que saiu este livro, soube logo que o ia adorar. Primeiro porque é um livro de crónicas (my favourites) e segundo porque é escrito por uma modelo/atriz/mulher da porra que admiro muito: Emily Ratajkowski. O livro chama-se My Body e foca-se em temas como o feminismo, sexualidade e poder. Discute temas como a objetificação do seu corpo ao longo da sua carreira, bem como os abusos e maus-tratos que sofreu da indústria da moda. Resumindo, gostei muito do livro. Ela é muito boa escritora e, em todas as crónicas, não estava a tentar ensinar ninguém. Isto é, ela apenas quer mostrar o seu lado da história e, talvez, ela própria aprender alguma coisa com isso. Acho que qualquer mulher se pode relacionar com as suas crónicas. Apesar de vivermos realidades super diferentes (a não ser que alguma de vocês a ler também seja uma modelo conhecida internacionalmente), vão-se relacionar de alguma forma. Mas não peguem neste livro a pensar que é uma exploração a fundo de feminismo ou capitalismo, porque não o é. É apenas uma rapariga a mostrar o seu lado da história, mas, sem dúvida, que é muito interessante. Super que recomendo.

As soon as this book was launched, I knew right away it was going to be my jam. First of all, because it's a collection of essays (my favourites), and second because it's written by a model/actress/badass woman that I admired a lot: Emily Ratajkowski. The book is called My Body, and it's a personal exploration of feminism, sexuality and power. She discusses the commodification of her body throughout her career, as well as the abuse and mistreatment she has faced in the model industry. To put it briefly, I liked it. She's a really good writer, and I like how she's not trying to teach anything to anyone. She's just sharing her side of the story, and maybe she's the one trying to learn something from it. I think any woman can relate to her stories, and that's what I enjoyed the most about the book. Even though she's an internationally known model, you will relate to her experiences in some way. But don't grab this book thinking it's an in-depth exploration of feminism or capilitalism because it's not. It's just a girl trying to tell her side of the story, but it's very interesting. Definitely, worth a read.

Há dois tipos de influencers neste mundo: as influencers que se apoiam e ajudam umas às outras e as que adoram despejar ódio umas sobre as outras. Felizmente, na vida real, estou rodeada de pessoas que pertencem ao primeiro grupo, mas, passando tanto tempo online, não consigo evitar encontrar, de vez em quando, uma que pertence a este último grupo. Nestas alturas em que o mundo fica virado de pernas para o ar, as influencers são as primeiras a passar a mensagem. Eu, normalmente, não o faço, porque a explosão de conteúdo é um pouco pesado para mim, mas, tal como já disse NESTE post, não é por eu não partilhar uma opinião que não tenho uma ou que não me interesso. Mas, tal como qualquer pessoa que continuou a ir para os seus trabalhos, também as influencers continuaram a partilhar o seu conteúdo normal e posts pagos. É aqui que as influencers do segundo grupo entram em ação. Não consigo mesmo perceber como mesmo estando numa guerra, algumas pessoas escolhem passar uma mensagem de ódio. Estas influencers querem mostrar como são tão melhores pessoas, mas serão mesmo? Quando decidem criticar outras pessoas, em vez de se focaram no que realmente importa? Não importa se partilham notícias, se continuam a partilhar o vosso conteúdo normal, ou se decidem parar por uns dias, tudo é okay e ninguém devia ser polícia de ninguém. Vamos partilhar mais amor, pode ser?


There are two types of influencers in this world: the ones who support each other and who are always there for the other, and the ones that are always hating on each other. I'm glad that IRL I'm surrounded by people who belong to the first group, but spending so much time online I can't help but find some of the second group once in a while. In times when the world gets messed up, influencers are the first ones to share the message. I personally don't do it because honestly, it gets a bit overwhelming to me but just like I said on THIS post a while ago, just because I don't share, it doesn't mean I don't care, or that I don't have an opinion. But, just like any person who still went to their jobs, influencers also had to keep sharing their usual content and paid partnerships. There's when the second type of influencers come in full force. It's crazy to me that even when we are at war, people still want to focus on hate. These influencers want to show how much better they are but are you really? If instead of sharing the message you want to pass, you decide to criticise and hate on other people? It doesn't matter if you're sharing the daily news if you're sharing your usual content, or if you decided to stop for a while, everything is okay and no one should criticize what you're doing. Let's share more love, okay?

Eu sei que esta semana estive um pouco desaparecida por aqui, mas, se me seguem no Instagram, sabem que estive por Lisboa e foi por isso mesmo que esta semana não lancei tantos posts. Mas estou de volta e tenho algumas fotografias analógicas que tirei por lá para vos mostrar. Eu gosto sempre imenso de ir a Lisboa, é uma cidade com uma vibe super diferente do Porto. Espero que gostem das fotografias e mal posso esperar por volta a esta cidade que me diz tanto.


I know this week I was a bit MIA over here but, if you follow me on Instagram, you know I was in Lisbon and that's exactly why I wasn't so active in here.
